What is your lead-time? Your artwork is bespoke produced especially for you and will ship in 5 business days. For large hospitality projects please contact us for estimated lead times.
Is the artwork archival? Yes we offer only the finest in archival gallery quality with all works rated in excess of 100+ years.
Where are your products produced? All of our products are proudly produced especially for you in the U.S.A.
Do you accept returns? Since our products are bespoke built especially for you we are unable to accept returns in order to restock items.
What is the best care for my artwork? Your artwork should be appreciated without direct exposure to sunlight. We utilize UV inhibiting acrylic and fade resistant inks, however exposure to direct sunlight is not the best environment for your new artwork.
Will my piece be “ready to hang”? Yes all of our artwork is shipped to ready to hang directly from the box.
What is your preferred shipping carrier? Fedex offers the best level of service for our customers and as a result is our preferred shipping partner.
Can you do larges projects? We love large projects and successfully completed hospitality projects requiring thousands of units.
Do you offer wholesale opportunities? Yes we do have a wholesale program. Please contact us for more information.
